5 Unique Features                                                                                      

• Regulated,efficient switching power supply — other LED tubes are unregulated and run the risk of premature failure with fluctuating mains input. These LED Tubes have been specifically modified to both withstand transients(spikes) and varied supply input                                                                                              

• Extensive Testing -Other suppliers have run no independent tests on the tubes and rely solely on the Chinese manufacturers specifications - of which are varied and inaccurate.                                                    

• Real World Luminous Flux Testing - Comparative testing has been done against standard T8 Fluorescents with the results showing negligible drops in effective light levels and an increase in effective light with certain models.        

• High Compatibility -Testing has been done with various magnetic ballasts which has shown high compatibility, resulting in an easy fit with only the starter needed to be removed.                                        

• Ongoing Testing - Further testing is scheduled to test compatibility with electronic/high frequency ballasts.                                             

• High efficiency - Other manufacturers use less efficient LED's resulting in poorer efficacy,this is compounded by inaccurate reports in the real world luminous flux output.

INSTALLATION GUIDE

Product Description:  Led Fluorescent Tube With Internal Driver.

Voltage: 230-240 V/AC: 50/60 Hz.  (*Class II - IP 20)

This guide is intended for the following product numbers ON LY.  It is not intended as a guide for other products within the range or other manufacturers goods. Please check the brand and serial number prior to proceeding with any changes to existing electrical fittings.

PAS NGL LED replacement fluorescent tube are ONLY designed for use as replacements for traditional fluorescent lamp once the original fitting has been

adapted by a registered electrician in accord with the European wiring rules having first ensured revisions to the light fitting meet European Standard and issued with a valid Certificate of Compliance (CoC)

It is the installers responsibility to ensure that the tombstone lamp holder is in good condition, certified for 230-250 V/AC, meets the essential safety requirements of European Standard and is designed for G13 (T8) lamps only.

PAS NGL LED products are designed for indoor use and should be positioned above arms reach; except when installed within an European standards approved alternative enclosure such as an IP 65 rated car park fixture or other sealed unit.

INSTALLATION:

1. Ensure the fitting is disconnected from the mains prior to re-wiring the fixture.

2. Check for damage or signs of aging with the existing end caps and replace if necessary*

3. Disconnect the ballast and starter from the circuit. (Remove or leave in place)

4. Connect the Live (L) & Neutral (N) as per illustration below, ensuring all electrical work is in line with European Standard

5. It is only necessary to connect one end cap as the PAS-NGL tube is live at one end only.

6. W hen inserting the tube ensure the input end (labeled) is installed to the powered side or the LED tube will not function.

7. Once the light fitting has been adapted correctly apply the printed label supplied to identify the light fixtures change of use.

8. PAS NGL tubes can now be installed or removed by anyone following basic health and safety advice.

INSTALLATION 2:-only fit for inductive ballast fluorescent tube

1. Remove the fluorescent starter and replace it with the LED Starter

2. Remove the fluorescent tube and insert the led tube (ignore this sentence”AC input in this end” on the label as both end cap is the same if using this installation way ) then it is ok.

WARRANTY:       

This product is supplied with a 3 year warranty subject to PAS-NGL standard terms and conditions.

*End caps that are damaged and other poor connections within the circuit may present a fire hazard, cause damage and/or void this warranty. Please check

the fittings carefully and ensure sound connection prior to switching the lamp on. Accidental insertion of the non-live input end will not damage the product.

If the light does not function when switched on, first check the connections and that the tube is correctly aligned.
